TOUR 3 – COOKING CLASS AND TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC –
Saturday October  10th 8.00am – 5.00pm


A full day dedicated to the lovers and passionate of the kitchen and to one of the products of the Italian eno-gastronomica excellence. Departure from Carpi in order to reach, in the country side of Modena, a historical acetaia of Traditional Balsamic vinegar.
Guided visit with explanation of the process of production and to the cellars where are conserved the barrels in which the aging of the vinegar happens from hundred of years. Tasting of the product in the adjacent rooms  and prosecution toward down town Modena where we will be engaged in an amusing session of kitchen school to the discovery of the secrets of the modenesi traditional plates.
Three hours of intense job in a fully equipped kitchen inside a historical palace facing Piazza Grande and its romanic Cathedral to prepare a traditional menu:  closing up of the tortelloni, Lambrusco and balsamic pork, radicchio salad with flakes of parmesan chees and balsamic vinegar.
At the end of the hard work all around the table to taste the fruits of our "hard job". Wine and coffee? Included!! Amusing and extremely instructive day!!
Before  re-enter the hotel a nice walking  through the historical porticoes of the center of Modena. Shopping is certainly allowed!!

Prices:
  • € 105,00 per person
  • € 95,00 per person, with a minimum of 4 reservations

Tour will operate with a minimum of 8 passengers; in case of less people booked you will be joining a different tour.
