Half day excursion in order to discover two of the most famous products representing the zone of Modena. We leave in the morning from Carpi for a guided visit of a traditional balsamic vinegar acetaia.
The estate is located in the country side of Modena. A “master acetaio” will introduce us in the ancient and fascinated world of one of the products of the excellence of the Italian gastronomy, showing us the processes of production of Balsamic and the barrels where the black nectar is produced from hundred and hundred of years.
From a myth to another... at the end of the visit transfer to Maranello where the Ferrari factory rises. We will visit from the outside the factory, the Wind Tunnel and the adjacent race track of Fiorano.
To follow will be visiting Ferrari Museum, renewed museum, repository of the myth of the house of the Cavallino. Why don’t you take the opportunity to lunch in one of the local restaurant and taste a full typical menu??
