Beautiful and interesting excursion in order to discover the more fascinating and characteristic aspects of the culture of the city of Modena.
Departure from Carpi in the morning to discover the secrets of the centennial production of the traditional Balsamic vinegar of Modena.
We will be host inside of an ancient acetaia out side the city for a guided tour where a “Maestro” will illustrate how the famous "black nectar" is obtained. To follow we will proceed for the historical center of Modena where, it accompanies to you from a guide, we will visit the Dome and the Ghirlandina, masterpieces of the Romanesque art, and the Ducale palace. Walk through the medieval center to the discoveries of pearls of the Baroque art cultural and historical inheritance of the Este family.
Lunch in a typical restaurant in the center in order to taste a typical modenese menù. Early afternoon transfer to Maranello for a visit of the factory of the Ferrari and Fiorano race track (only external) and of the mythical gallery Museum where are conserved, in a museum of great suggestion, the secrets of the myth of the house of the Cavallino.
