... while all the others run! Tour dedicated to the companions and who wants to profit of this Sunday morning... Departure from Carpi at 8,00am to reach a historical traditional balsamic acetaia located in the country side of Modena. Visit to the rooms where the barrels of traditional vinegar are conserved and demonstration of the use of the balsamic in some simple traditional recipes. Tasting of some typical products and of the recipes previously cooked accompanied by Lambrusco wine doc. To follow transfer to Panini’s family farm, where we will admire one splendid collection of historical Maserati cars. We will also have the chance to visit and to taste the splendid Biological Parmesan cheese produced inside the estate itself.
At the end of the visit return to the square of Carpi in time to assist and to document the arrival of the athletes engages on the Maratona.
